I know I am slack, But now is the time to blog so sue me!!!! Ok it was good all the Aunts and Uncle , Second and some thirds. We were just going to order pizza but I had 45 min so I whipped up a party. Yes I know Rachel Ray can do dinner in 30 Min. But can she roll a party in 45 with cocktails. Coastal Cuban I call this spread. Mojitos, Margarita’s, Matanzas Calamari, Spanish Veggies, and Salsa Assortment. Yes I know I rule.
